Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

We give you 30 days free instead of refunds.

You can use Tickr CRM fully for 30 days without paying anything and without giving us a card. That is when to decide whether it is right for you. Once a paid period begins, we do not refund it.

Free trial

  • 30 days, full access, no payment required.
  • No card is needed to start.
  • At the end, sending and editing stop until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted — you can still sign in, read your data and export it.

Cancelling

  • You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing.
  • Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then does not renew.
  • We do not give partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a period.
  • You keep full access until that period ends.

When we DO refund

We will refund promptly, without argument, if:

  • you were charged twice for the same period;
  • you were charged after cancelling;
  • we made a billing error — wrong plan, wrong amount, wrong currency.

Write to team@tickrai.co.in with the payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days (the exact timing depends on your bank and our payment provider).

Plan changes

  • Upgrading takes effect immediately.
  • Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current paid period — not immediately, and not refunded.

WhatsApp charges

If you use the WhatsApp integration, Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp messages, on your own WhatsApp Business Account. Tickr does not collect, resell or mark up those charges.

That means we cannot refund them — the money never passes through us. Any question about a WhatsApp message charge is between you and Meta.

Your Tickr subscription is separate, and this policy applies to it in the normal way.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will try again and tell you. If it keeps failing, your subscription may be paused. Your data is not deleted — paying restores access.
