How to Create a Quotation

  1. Open the deal. Go to the deal you want to quote and open its detail view.
  2. Create a quotation. Add line items, quantities, and pricing for the quotation, linked to that deal.
  3. Generate the PDF. Generate a PDF of the quotation — it uses your company profile details automatically.
  4. Send it. Email the quotation PDF to your customer's contact directly from the deal — no separate document tool needed.
